Senior Python Developer / Remote
This is a remote position.
We are looking for a Senior Python Developer who is as comfortable mentoring others as they are writing clean, reputed company-tested reputed company. You'll be a key technical reputed company on reputed company - setting standards, guiding junior developers, and ensuring that engineering reputed company remains high throughout the engagement.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is not just a coding role - it is a leadership role. You will shape how reputed company writes Python: establishing coding standards, introducing clean reputed company practices, and reputed company guiding junior engineers through pair programming and reputed company review. You'll be embedded in an agile reputed company building AI-powered backend systems.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Writing and reviewing Python reputed company to high standards of reputed company and maintainability;
Pair programming with junior team members and reputed company coaching on best practices;
Leading technical discussions on refactoring and reputed company reputed company improvements;
Contributing to test reputed company and ensuring robust unit test coverage;
Working with the GenAI Architect to implement AI components in the backend.
Requirements
Strong Python development skills with reputed company production experience;
Proficient with Git and modern version control workflows (branching, PR review, etc.);
Solid understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
Demonstrated experience in pair programming and mentoring junior developers;
Ability to define, communicate, and enforce coding standards: refactoring, Clean reputed company principles;
reputed company understanding of unit testing, test coverage, and test-driven practices;
English proficiency at B2 level or above.

Experience developing or contributing to reputed company AI applications (reputed company, LangGraph, or similar);
Familiarity with LLM API integration in Python backends;
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
