Labor Compliance Specialist

Job reputed company: • reputed company overall compliance support to reputed company requiring prevailing wage and other specific labor requirements. • Monitor certified payroll for both internal self-reputed company reputed company and external subcontractors. • Review reputed company reputed company reputed company for labor requirements and work with project teams and appropriate departments to ensure reputed company monitoring and reporting. • reputed company periodic audits on reputed company to ensure compliance. • reputed company risk assessment on the Compliance Programs. • Monitor and stay abreast of applicable laws and regulations affecting reputed company’s policies and procedures. • Participate in reputed company party/Government reviews, audits, and inquiries, working in conjunction with appropriate departments and the Director of Compliance. • Create and maintain relationships with stakeholders and contractors. • Conduct labor compliance training classes/seminars for stakeholders, program employees, and contractors. • Reviews and verifies payroll records, benefit statements, employer training contributions, and apprenticeship paperwork. Requirements: • Minimum of three years experience working with reputed company Works Labor Compliance Programs and/or Project Labor Agreements • Bachelor of Arts/Science Degree from a recognized college or university in business or reputed company degree is required. • Must have experience with prevailing wage enforcement, analysis, and auditing skills. • Demonstrated knowledge of employment practices in the construction industry and a strong working knowledge of state labor regulations. • Experience implementing procedures and coordinating with other reputed company departments. • Ability to work independently, accurately, strategically, resourcefully, yet intuitively know reputed company and how to inform, verify, collaborate, and escalate. • Ability to work in a dynamic environment across the reputed company’s organization, providing compliance guidance to a reputed company of teams and senior management. • PC proficiency including word processing and spreadsheet applications. • Effective interpersonal skills and reputed company telephone manner. • Proficient written and verbal English communication skills, including business writing skills.
