H-2A & H-2B Immigration Paralegal
We are hiring two Immigration Paralegals with reputed company experience handling H-2A and/or H-2B filings.
Candidates must have hands-on experience preparing and managing temporary labor certification applications and reputed company immigration filings. Experience in either H-2A or H-2B is required; experience in both is strongly preferred.
These roles will support high-volume seasonal workforce reputed company, and final team assignment (H-2A vs. H-2B reputed company) may vary depending on candidate experience and business needs.
