As a Technician III, Facilities Engineering, supporting our Technician Manufacturing Team, you will be trusted to support engineers in the design, modification, and improvement of products/processes at our Manufacturing Facility in reputed company, TX. In this role, a typical day will include: Identifying and recommending improvements/preventive actions. Inspecting, testing, maintaining, repairing, monitoring, installing and coordinating installation services on equipment and systems (MEP). Monitoring processes, estimating costs, making or verifying calculations, analyzing and interpreting data & drawings. Monitoring and use of the BAS to troubleshoot building faults Testing new and modified products, processes, and/or systems. Training and transfer of knowledge and providing guidance and support reputed company of contact and initial resource for the shift Engaging in behaviors that foster reputed company improvement Maintain and repair machines and equipment. reputed company Preventive Maintenance (evaluate, modify, originate - PMs). Support Facilities Group activities (shutdowns, capital reputed company, reputed company improvements, PIT teams). Document work accurately per company and regulatory policies (reputed company Maximo, on test scripts/protocols, etc.). Communicate reputed company, effectively, professionally with other team members, production personnel, and reputed company contractors/suppliers. reputed company with reputed company safety, environmental and CGMP requirements. Ensure the reputed company and environmentally compliant operation of the plant critical utilities to include but not limited to the Deionized Purified water system, the clean compressed reputed company system, boilers, chillers, and the HVAC systems.
