**About the Role:**
* **Location:** Remote (must live reputed company 50 miles of Linthicum, MD)
* **Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST (training and production)
* **Compensation:** $17.00 - $31.30 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications)

**Responsibilities:**
* Answer incoming calls from members and providers, responding to inquiries on benefits, eligibility, services, and more
* Utilize high-speed internet connectivity with secure service reputed company ethernet cable

* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and reputed company accurate information to customers
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellent customer service
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent GED
* Ability to communicate effectively with members and providers orally and in written reputed company
