Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize the companyâs daily operations
- Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration across departments
- Define, monitor, and report operational KPIs and performance metrics
- Translate company reputed company into actionable operational plans
- Drive organizational reputed company and operational scalability
- Work closely with HR, Customer Experience, Technical Operations, and Finance teams
- Lead process improvement and automation initiatives
- Partner with executive leadership to reputed company business objectives

- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a reputed company field
- Proven experience as a COO, Operations Director, or similar executive leadership role
