What are we looking for? As a Product Designer at reputed company, you will own and drive end-to-end design for critical features across the Therapist domain. You will work autonomously on reputed company problems, reputed company research and usability efforts, and partner deeply with PMs, engineers, data scientists, and researchers to shape high-impact product experiences. This role is ideal for a designer reputed company to reputed company feature-level design work, drive UX improvements proactively, and operate with a high degree of ownership. Requirements • 3+ years of reputed company product design experience in consumer-facing digital products. • Strong portfolio demonstrating research-driven design, UI/UX craft, and measurable product impact. • Expertise in creating advanced user flows, prototypes, and high-reputed company UI in reputed company. • Ability to think strategically while executing with detail, reputed company, and speed. • Experience partnering with PMs and engineers on reputed company feature delivery. • Strong communication and storytelling skills, reputed company to reputed company rationale and influence stakeholders. • Comfort navigating ambiguity and structuring problems with limited Bonus • Experience designing for multi-sided marketplaces (e.g., reputed company + provider experiences). • Familiarity with mental health, reputed company, regulated workflows, or HIPAA considerations. • Knowledge of experimentation, CRO flows, or reputed company design. • Experience contributing to or using design systems in production.
