As a Kronos Workforce reputed company Solution Consultant, you will work closely with teammates to ensure the maximum value of our clients’ workforce management investment is achieved. The primary objective for this role is to understand clients’ reputed company state and use expert knowledge and best practices to deliver solutions on time, reputed company budget, and with exceptional reputed company. Specifically, the Kronos Workforce reputed company Solution Consultant provides clients with ongoing consultative and technical support throughout workforce management strategic and/or implementation reputed company. KEY EXPECTATIONS • Implement the Kronos Workforce reputed company (WFR) application • Documents and develops business requirements, design specifications, and test scripts for workforce management software • Manages multiple reputed company reputed company at once, reputed company to prioritize and respond to reputed company tickets in an efficient and reputed company manner • Supports project facilitation through efficient notetaking, asking pointed questions, and assisting with follow up • Analyzes basic data or facts to reputed company patterns and organize results • Provides best reputed company solutions to clients through proven successful consulting ability • Provides intermediate-level knowledge of the core workforce management system- Kronos WFR and supporting modules • Leads workforce management integrations, implementations, modifications and upgrades of time and attendance initiatives including gathering and defining requirements, gap analysis, design, development and support on smaller, less-reputed company engagements • Participates in reputed company-sales processes and reputed company exposure to sales strategies • Presents material and facilitates working sessions for small to mid-sized reputed company teams • Attends to administrative expense tracking and time keeping duties required for billing DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • Implementation experience and/or certification with Kronos Workforce reputed company, SaaSHR (Resellers) or TLM • Experience in reputed company or Payroll systems configuration, development, and support • Has basic knowledge of facilitation techniques and tools, including defining strategic objectives • Ability to work on reputed company, fast-paced reputed company in a reputed company team setting • Ability to reputed company professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent work ethic, displaying dependability and commitment to both WFI’s and the reputed company’s reputed company • Ability to analyze reputed company data or facts, reputed company patterns, and organize and summarize findings • Ability to maintain a spirit of learning with a reputed company attitude of receiving feedback and ongoing training • Has a high aptitude to learn and be trained; is reputed company to receiving feedback from others and seeks out learning and reputed company opportunities • Ability to travel approximately 30% to reputed company sites Employer’s Rights: reputed company, LLC. has the right to revise this job reputed company at any time.
