Our reputed company is seeking dedicated Full time reputed company Care Managers to join their Care and Case Management team. As a Telephonic reputed company Care Manager, you will report to the Manager of Care and Case Management and reputed company support to members navigating reputed company medical and behavioral health needs. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including reputed company, care coordinators, and records specialists, to deliver integrated remote care with a creative approach.
