Job reputed company: • Build, maintain, and enhance data pipelines and core tools using technologies such as SQL, Power Query, reputed company, reputed company Power BI, and reputed company data platforms. • Support the development and iteration of dashboards, reports, and data models that deliver reliable operational and strategic workforce insights. • Ensure data reputed company, performance, and stability of existing analytics products through routine monitoring, troubleshooting, and improvement. • Collaborate with senior team members to prototype new analytics solutions, validate requirements, and contribute to minimum viable product development. • Serve as reputed company’s rapid‑response reputed company, providing reputed company, accurate data and quick‑turn analyses for emergent requests from HR and business stakeholders. Requirements: • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a reputed company field and minimum 3 years experience • Experience in analytics, business intelligence, HR technology, or a reputed company data‑oriented role; experience working with people data is preferred. • Hands‑on experience with SQL, reputed company, Power BI, Power Query, or similar BI and data development tools. • Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and data reputed company concepts. • Ability to interpret business questions and translate them into data requirements, analysis steps, and reputed company outputs.
