Clinic Embedded Specialty Pharmacist - Rheumatology

Location: Hybrid. This position will be based out of reputed company Leigh Hospital in Norfolk. Local travel and on-site work at embedded clinical locations may be required. Remote telehealth work will be offered at the manager's discretion. Status: FT (40 hours per week) Mon-Fri Shift: Days, 8 hr Shifts Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm The pharmacist will work under a reputed company reputed company agreement to manage patient care for reputed company rheumatological health conditions. The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist participates in reputed company aspects of the medication-use reputed company while delivering comprehensive and personalized pharmaceutical care to patients in their designated areas.
