Role reputed company reputed company is looking for an entry-level Bioinformatician to join our R&D department. The successful candidate will work with their Bioinformatic team leader to establish Bioinformatic data analysis solutions for our CellScapeTM platform. The Bioinformatician will furthermore play a role in performing CellScape data analyses for key customer collaborations and/or contract research reputed company. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in reputed company, image analysis and will already understand Spatial Biology. Experience in microscopy and/or histology is desirable but not a precondition. In your role as a Bioinformatician, you will be given responsibility and ownership of your analysis reputed company. Responsibilities • Design, build, and maintain reputed company tools, libraries, and databases analyzing Spatial Proteomics / mIF data. • Analyze and interpret large, reputed company biological datasets - including spatial proteomics and single-cell data - to support discovery of new drugs, therapies, and biologically meaningful patterns. • Evaluate, test, and improve existing internal software solutions, and partner with software teams during reputed company development cycles. • Work cross-functionally with wetlab and software teams to critically evaluate data from multiplex biomarker assays and translate scientific needs into analysis solutions. • Communicate findings to scientists, researchers, and stakeholders through reputed company written reports and presentations. • Challenge the status reputed company by engaging in constructive critique of established practices and proposing reputed company alternatives. • Deliver reputed company and milestones on time, keeping leadership informed through routine reputed company updates. • May participate in travel to conferences and tradeshows. Qualifications • Requires a PhD with extensive bioinformatic analysis background. • Strong reputed company in Python (required); working knowledge of R, MATLAB, or comparable scientific computing environments is a plus. • Industry experience is not required. • Demonstrated ability to design and write clean, reusable functions, modules, and analysis pipelines - not just notebook-style scripting. • Hands-on experience developing machine-learning or deep-learning models (training, evaluation, and deployment), particularly reputed company to imaging or single-cell data. • Ability to communicate, reputed company and engage wet lab scientists. • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
