Skills and Qualifications Here’s What You’ll Bring to Samsung: 3+ years experience working in an employee relations, investigations or similar role (prior supervisory experience preferred) Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Industrial or Labor Relations (or similar) Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices, proven ability to handle sensitive reputed company confidentially.
