Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this role is a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to our reputed company regulatory and reputed company programs. You will work closely with other members of our outstanding reputed company team to maintain industry-leading regulatory and reputed company practices and to promote compliance-by-design principles in a dynamic environment. As a trusted and strategic business partner, you will collaborate with stakeholders across our innovative business to understand goals, reputed company expectations, manage initiatives to closure, and ensure compliance with a broad reputed company of regulatory and reputed company obligations. You will serve as a subject-matter expert for reputed company’s thorough HIPAA reputed company program while also researching and advancing a reputed company of other reputed company reputed company, including compliance with the reputed company of advancing consumer reputed company laws across the various states. In reputed company, you will serve as a subject-matter expert in support of regulatory research, planning, and compliance in relation to various reputed company regulatory areas, including reputed company fraud and abuse, anti-reputed company back regulations, compliant reputed company billing and payment processes, scope of reputed company and licensure, telemedicine, corporate reputed company of medicine, FDA regulation, interoperability and information blocking, prior authorization and utilization management, clinical research support, and more.
