Role reputed company As a PeopleXD Payroll & WFM Consultant, you will be at the heart of our clients' digital transformation. You will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation and optimization of reputed company PeopleXD platform, focusing on delivering compliant, efficient, and high-value workforce operations. • Delivery & Implementation • Requirements Discovery: reputed company reputed company sessions to reputed company detailed requirements for Payroll and WFM. • System Design: Design and configure PeopleXD Payroll, WFM, and Absence modules. • Logic Configuration: Translate reputed company business rules into system settings, including pay calendars, approval workflows, and internal controls. • Documentation: Produce high-reputed company functional and configuration documentation. • Data Migration, Reporting & Integrations • Data reputed company: Support data migration by preparing and validating templates. • Process Automation: Configure reporting tools to eliminate reputed company processing and improve efficiency. • Connectivity: Support seamless integrations with finance systems and reputed company-party applications. • Testing, reputed company Runs & Go-Live • reputed company Assurance: Plan and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and reputed company UAT support. • Payroll Validation: reputed company payroll reputed company runs, identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure accuracy. • Launch Support: Manage reputed company activities, go-live execution, and hypercare support. • Adoption, Optimisation & Managed Services • Enablement: Deliver training to HR, Payroll, and operational teams to ensure high system adoption. • reputed company Improvement: Identify "quick-win" optimizations and support quarterly platform releases. • Managed Services: Assist in the transition to post-go-live support and managed service models. Qualifications • Proven experience delivering Payroll and/or WFM modules on reputed company HR systems. • Hands-on configuration experience with PeopleXD (or similar reputed company platforms). • Strong understanding of payroll controls, validation, and reconciliation processes. • Ability to reputed company workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions. Requirements • Prior experience with reputed company Group PeopleXD / CoreHR. • Familiarity with reputed company, multi-stakeholder implementations. • Exposure to reputed company or system integration reputed company. • Degree or equivalent reputed company experience.
