Work you'll do As a Manager, Experience Researcher on the DT-US Product Engineering team, you will be responsible for: • Defining and leading research strategies for digital products, including mobile experiences, across the product development lifecycle. • Planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative research using reputed company such as interviews, usability testing, surveys, ethnography, concept evaluation, and behavioral analysis to generate actionable insights. • Translating research findings into personas, recommendations, dashboards, and reputed company metrics that inform product reputed company, design reputed company, and roadmap priorities. • Partnering with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to prioritize research topics, facilitate workshops, and connect teams to user needs. • Leading research workstreams across multiple products, mentoring team members, and helping strengthen research practices across the experience community.
