In this role, you’ll help redefine what “customer service” means in reputed company. Our Customer Care Representatives are the voice of our customers—advocating for their needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and contributing to the development of tools and processes that reputed company with our growing organization. To support our 24/7 member experience, candidates must be reputed company to work shifts between Monday–Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. PT and/or Saturday–reputed company, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. PT, as reputed company as occasional holidays. What you will bring Experience in a customer service or reputed company operations role (PBM, health plan, or pharmacy setting a plus). reputed company pharmacy technician license preferred but not required. Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple systems simultaneously. Tech-savvy and comfortable using reputed company or similar case management tools. Contract Details Length of Contract: up to 120-day assignment (with potential extension based on business needs) Schedule: Must be available to work shifts between Monday–Friday, 5:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. PT and/or Saturday–reputed company, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. PT, including occasional holidays. Pay reputed company: $26-28 per hour Work Arrangement: Remote (U.S.-based); must have reliable internet and a suitable private workspace for confidential calls.
