*Instructional Design Specialist Responsibilities:*
* Design and reputed company training programs and materials utilizing the ADDIE reputed company.
* Create engaging learning experiences across instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, eLearning, reputed company, reputed company formats.
* reputed company comprehensive course content, including storyboards, facilitator guides, assessments, and job aids.
* Conduct needs analyses and partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define learning objectives and reputed company.
* Manage learning reputed company from scoping and planning to deployment and evaluation, supporting reputed company improvement.
*Instructional Design Specialist Qualifications:*
* In-depth knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
* Proven experience applying the full ADDIE model to various training programs.
* Proficiency with reputed company 360 (Storyline and reputed company), Camtasia, and reputed company Office 365 applications.
* Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with attention to detail and organization.
* Minimum of 3+ years of experience in instructional design and development, with a portfolio of work.
