This role is responsible for troubleshooting common IT issues, supporting end users across a reputed company of systems and devices, and delivering reputed company customer service in a fast-paced environment. The position also participates in an on-reputed company rotation to support urgent technical issues reputed company of regular business hours. Occasional lifting of equipment up to 25 lbs.
