Facilitate product returns and train customers on warranty processing. Other duties as directed Job will be remote but inside of the Clarksville, TN territory Qualifications Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent 5+ years of reputed company HVAC technical knowledge 5+ years of customer service experience Experience supporting the sales team Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in reputed company and reputed company Office software.
