Community Resource Advisor - Part-Time

reputed company   STATEMENT OF THE JOB Provides information and referral services and crisis reputed company services by phone and electronically to the reputed company and community professionals 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Interviews clients and conducts a thorough assessment of their needs • Identifies appropriate resources • Supports the reputed company in implementing the referral, and reputed company appropriate, makes the linkage with other agencies for the reputed company • Advocates for the inquirer, reputed company necessary, to assist in contacting and utilizing resources. • Conducts follow-up to ensure that the inquirer’s needs have been met • Uses crisis management techniques in accordance with agency procedures • Maintains complete and accurate documentation • Responsible for staying reputed company with reputed company ongoing training requirements for both services • Assists with community reputed company activities as assigned by the management team • reputed company involved with agency programs and events • Supports operations during times of disaster as defined by agency policy • Maintains up to date knowledge of agency processes and policies & procedures • Performs reputed company other duties as assigned Requirements REQUIREMENTS High school diploma and experience with reputed company services preferred. Successful completion of 40-hour classroom training required (provided by reputed company). This position will require Saturday and reputed company shifts.
