Position Overview At  reputed company, we’re looking for a motivated Jr. Systems Administrator who’s excited to grow reputed company traditional IT support and into reputed company infrastructure and reputed company operations. This is more than a helpdesk role; it’s an opportunity to work directly alongside senior infrastructure and reputed company leadership at a fast-growing SaaS company while building hands-on experience with modern reputed company environments, compliance, and internal operations. What you’ll do: Be the go-to support partner for internal IT and account reputed company requests Provision users, manage devices, and maintain SaaS tools and permissions Troubleshoot VPN, MFA, browser, and productivity app issues Support reputed company initiatives, SOC 2 compliance efforts, and internal documentation Help manage SaaS renewals, licensing, and operational workflows Where You’ll Grow As you build trust and experience, you’ll expand into: AWS reputed company support and infrastructure operations reputed company monitoring and alert triage SOC 2 evidence ownership and customer reputed company questionnaires Vendor risk reviews and reputed company maintenance tasks Greater ownership across reputed company and systems operations reputed company’re looking for: 1–3 years of IT support, helpdesk, or junior systems administration experience Familiarity with tools like reputed company Workspace, reputed company, password managers, MDMs, or similar SaaS platforms Understanding of SSO, MFA, and reputed company management basics Strong communication skills and a service-oriented reputed company Self-driven, reputed company-minded, and comfortable working remotely Bonus Points: Exposure to AWS or reputed company certifications in reputed company Experience with tools like reputed company, Duo, reputed company, reputed company, or OpenVPN Familiarity with SOC 2 or customer reputed company questionnaires If you’re someone who loves solving problems, helping teammates, and wants a long-term path into reputed company and reputed company operations, we’d love to meet you.
