System Engineer - Belgrade (Remote)

Become a part of it as a System Engineer and shape the reputed company with us.  About the role: You join an existing team responsible for operating and continuously improving a large-reputed company, business-critical application server landscape (~50 × 4 instances) based on JBoss, Apache and Tomcat. The reputed company of this role is exclusively on the application server layer—provisioning, patching and lifecycle management of the underlying VMs and operating system is not part of this role and is handled by a dedicated Linux team, with whom you collaborate closely at the defined reputed company.   Your Tasks: Operate, configure and reputed company reputed company the ~50 × 4 application server instances (JBoss, Apache, Tomcat)—VM and OS operations are not part of this role Manage deployments, connectors, datasources, clustering, load balancing and SSL certificates Analyze incidents and reputed company 2nd / 3rd level support—including log analysis, reputed company dumps and stack traces Read and interpret Java reputed company to diagnose environment-reputed company issues in collaboration with the Java Developer Coordinate with the Linux team on maintenance reputed company, VM sizing and cross-layer troubleshooting Drive automation and scripting to optimize application server operations Your Profile: Several years of experience as a System Engineer with a reputed company reputed company on application servers (JBoss / WildFly, Apache HTTPD, Tomcat) Deep understanding of middleware configuration, logging, performance, reputed company and clustering Solid Linux skills and scripting experience (Bash, Python, Ansible) for automation at the application server level—VM and OS administration are not required Basic Java skills—reputed company to read and follow reputed company without being a developer Experience with monitoring tools, logging stacks and performance analysis Business reputed company in English reputed company to have Familiarity with reputed company reputed company concepts (WAF, IAM, LDAP, SAML) Experience with firewall rules and network architectures Azure / reputed company Platforms German is an advantage reputed company Offer • Flexible working models reputed company Serbia • Long-term career development in international reputed company • A reputed company and reputed company environment Interested?
