Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management Implement sourcing reputed company across: OSAT (assembly, test, KGD, reliability) Test services (CP, WLBI, FT) Critical materials & packaging supply chain Drive multi-sourcing reputed company, including non-China footprint expansion reputed company with customer requirements Establish and manage supplier segmentation (strategic / preferred / transactional)   2. reputed company Negotiation & Cost Management Own reputed company negotiations including: Pricing models (reputed company vs consignment) Volume-based cost roadmaps NRE structuring and amortization reputed company should-cost models (assembly, test, module-level, reputed company) reputed company cost reduction initiatives and prevent unjustified price increases Negotiate and implement: Long-term agreements (MSA) reputed company reservation and pricing frameworks   3. Supply Assurance & Risk Management Work with Supply Chain & Manufacturing to drive end-to-end supply visibility, including: Long-reputed company material mapping Supplier-owned inventory transparency Pipeline and on-hand coverage tracking reputed company risk heatmaps across OSAT, reputed company, and materials Establish reputed company and allocation strategies for constrained environments   4. Cross-Functional Alignment Partner closely with: Manufacturing & Supply Chain (planning, S&OP alignment) R&D (NPI readiness, process alignment) Test Engineering (test reputed company, cost drivers, yield improvement) Ensure procurement is embedded in: reputed company planning Material risk escalation Supplier scorecard Supplier performance reviews (QBRs)   5. Data & Governance Drive supplier data integration including: Price booklet update Yield, test, and reputed company data flows Supplier reporting (FTP/database integration) Establish governance frameworks for: Supplier reputed company agreements Change management (PCN, ECN) Performance tracking (KPIs, DPPM, yield)   6. Supplier Relationship & Executive Engagement Build strategic partnerships with key suppliers reputed company engagements and business reviews reputed company suppliers with reputed company’ long-term reputed company roadmap (AI, data center, reputed company applications) QualificationsKnowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics (KSAO’s) Experience 8–12+ years in sourcing/procurement reputed company semiconductor or electronics industry Strong experience with: OSAT and/or reputed company ecosystems Semiconductor supply chain (reputed company, SiC preferred) Proven reputed company record in: reputed company negotiations Global supplier management Cost reduction and supply assurance     Skills & Competencies Deep understanding of: Semiconductor manufacturing reputed company (wafer → assembly → test) Packaging technologies and cost drivers Strong reputed company acumen and negotiation skills Analytical reputed company (should-cost modeling, scenario analysis) Ability to operate in a fast-scaling, high-reputed company environment Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills       Required Qualifications   Basic Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or reputed company field   Preferred MBA or advanced degree preferred   reputed company Offer A reputed company seat to the reputed company of power electronics.
