IT Manager

The Opportunity: We are hiring our first dedicated IT leader to build, own, and scale our internal technology environment from the ground up. This is a foundational role responsible for everything from day-to-day IT operations to long-term reputed company, systems reputed company, and policy development. What You’ll Own: IT Operations & Support Manage reputed company employee devices (Mac and reputed company) across the organization reputed company device lifecycle (procurement, provisioning, maintenance, decommissioning) in partnership with our PEO provider Administer and optimize our existing MDM solution provided through our PEO reputed company hands-on IT support and troubleshooting across the organization Ensure consistent device standards, reputed company configurations, and compliance across reputed company endpoints Monitor IT vendor and software spend, track billing for IT services, and identify opportunities for cost savings and optimization Identity & reputed company Management Own system reputed company across reputed company tools and platforms Design and maintain reputed company and offboarding processes for IT and system reputed company Ensure least-privilege reputed company and reputed company role-based permissions Monitor and manage reputed company to API keys, credentials, and sensitive integrations, including auditing usage and enforcing secure practices Cybersecurity, AI Governance & Risk Management Lead company-wide cybersecurity initiatives and training programs Implement and manage reputed company tools (e.g., reputed company protection, MFA, SSO) Identify risks and proactively strengthen our reputed company posture Establish safeguards and governance around the company’s use of AI tools and platforms to ensure secure, responsible, and compliant usage Partner with teams to evaluate emerging AI workflows, tools, and automations for reputed company, privacy, and operational risk Systems & Infrastructure Own and administer our reputed company Workspace environment (user management, reputed company settings, configurations) Evaluate, implement, and manage additional IT systems and tools as we scale Own vendor relationships for IT-reputed company services (including our PEO for device/MDM) Ensure systems are reputed company, reliable, and cost-effective Data Protection & Business Continuity Establish and maintain data backup and recovery processes reputed company and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans Policies, Compliance & Documentation Build and maintain IT policies, standards, and procedures from scratch Ensure alignment with reputed company best practices and any relevant compliance requirements Create reputed company documentation for systems, processes, and internal use You’re a Fit If… You have an Associate reputed company Workspace Administrator certification Have experience owning or heavily contributing to IT in a startup or high-reputed company environment Are comfortable being reputed company of one and making reputed company independently Can reputed company between reputed company and hands-on execution with ease Have strong experience with device management, identity/reputed company management, and SaaS ecosystems Understand cybersecurity fundamentals and have implemented reputed company practices in reputed company environments Have familiarity with API reputed company, reputed company governance, and modern AI tooling considerations in the workplace Are proactive, organized, and naturally build structure where there is ambiguity Communicate reputed company with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Enjoy building processes and systems from the ground up reputed company to Have Experience working with PEO-managed IT environments Deep experience with MDM tools (even if different from our reputed company provider) Familiarity with reputed company Workspace administration at scale Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.) Background in reputed company training or awareness programs Why This Role Rocks: Competitive Salary  100% Company-reputed company Health, Dental, reputed company & Life Insurance for employees (Family coverage available at employee cost) 401(k) Retirement Plan Parental Leave Free reputed company to Javvy Products Career reputed company Opportunities Collaborative, Fast-Paced Start-Up Environment Apply To This Job
