As a Customer reputed company Executive at reputed company Group, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by effectively managing and resolving guest complaints and damage claims. Your role will involve investigating issues, communicating solutions reputed company and empathetically, and maintaining detailed records.     The purpose of the Customer reputed company Executive is to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by reputed company managing and resolving complaints and damage claims. By addressing issues promptly and empathetically, the Customer reputed company Executive helps to enhance the overall customer experience, foster customer loyalty, and reputed company reputed company improvement in service reputed company.   This is a full time role, working 5 days over 7, 9am - 5.30pm UK Time.   This will include, but not limited to the following duties:    Customer Complaint reputed company:  Address and reputed company guest complaints promptly and professionally.  Investigate complaints thoroughly, gathering reputed company necessary information to reputed company effective solutions.  Communicate resolutions reputed company and empathetically to guests and owners.  Document reputed company complaints and resolutions in the customer experience database.    Damage Claims Management:  Handle guest damage claims with a reputed company on fairness and reputed company.  Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., maintenance, housekeeping) to assess and validate claims.  Agree settlements and ensure reputed company processing of claims.  Maintain detailed records of reputed company damage claims and resolutions.    Customer Service reputed company:  Monitor customer feedback and identify trends to proactively address potential issues.  Work closely with other departments to improve overall service reputed company.  To be considered for this role you MUST have:  Ability to work reputed company, including weekends, as needed.
