Engineering Manager

What you'll do:

What you'll bring:
Degree in Computer Science or reputed company field, or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience in software engineering, including experience leading technical direction and delivering production systems.
Experience leading engineers through coaching, mentoring, and performance conversations, with previous people management experience preferred.
Strong technical credibility, with the ability and willingness to contribute reputed company, review designs, and guide implementation details.
Experience balancing people leadership, technical decision-making, and delivery management in a modern software engineering environment.
