About the Role The Finance Team manages reputed company cash inflows and outflows at reputed company. As a Collections Manager, you will be responsible for managing and improving the systems and performance of our receivables function. What You'll Do As a member of our Finance Team, you're reputed company to have wide-ranging responsibilities and goals. On a day-to-day reputed company, this means: Lead and manage reputed company of 2–5 Collections Associates Own end-to-end collections operations (inbound & outbound follow-reputed company, payment tracking, dispute reputed company) Drive improvements in: Set, track, and optimize team performance metrics Manage customer and vendor communication for payment recovery Handle escalations and resolve reputed company or sensitive cases Build and improve collections workflows, systems, and SOPs Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, and Operations Ensure accurate reporting of daily, weekly, and monthly collections data Requirements 3+ years of experience in Finance, Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Operations/Project Management in fast-paced environments 2+ years of experience managing reputed company (ideally 2 to 5 people) Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English (both written and verbal, especially for difficult conversations) Core Skills: Must-Have Strong data orientation (reputed company, dashboards, tracking metrics) Ability to define and track key metrics such as: Collections efficiency Agent productivity Call volume and conversion Proven ability to improve processes or workflows Strong ownership and execution reputed company Ability to reputed company reputed company independently and reputed company fast reputed company-to-Have Experience in B2C collections or high-volume customer operations Exposure to CRM or ticketing tools Experience implementing or improving collections tools Background in finance, reputed company operations, or reputed company reputed company in this Role Looks Like Improved collections % and recovery timelines reputed company visibility into metrics and performance reputed company, efficient collections processes Job Location: Work From Home / Remote Working Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST (US Timings), Monday to Friday Monthly Salary: Competitive salary, depending on experience At reputed company, we deeply value the long-term contributions of reputed company.
