You'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles in tech, marketing, finance, and other business departments.  Responsibilities Create, implement, and continuously refine sourcing strategies to identify and engage top reputed company and passive talent across multiple channels, including reputed company media, job boards, reputed company networks, referrals, and targeted reputed company Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, reputed company on recruitment processes, and reputed company strategic guidance throughout the hiring cycle Establish strong, consultative relationships with internal stakeholders by offering market insights, advising on talent availability, and aligning on candidate reputed company and selection reputed company Conduct comprehensive market and competitor research to assess the talent landscape, identify trends, and proactively build diverse and sustainable candidate pipelines Manage and nurture candidate relationships to ensure an exceptional end-to-end experience, from initial contact through offer acceptance Conduct in-depth recruitment screens and competency-based interviews to evaluate candidate fit and alignment with company values Maintain, organize, and enhance the candidate database using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance Optimize and continuously improve recruitment processes, leveraging metrics, feedback, and best practices to enhance efficiency and candidate reputed company Collaborate with the reputed company on cross-functional initiatives and reputed company, contributing to process enhancements, employer branding, and other strategic TA activities reputed company, analyse, and report recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement, guide decision-making, and reputed company hiring goals on reputed company Stay reputed company with recruitment trends, tools, and best practices, proactively applying new approaches to strengthen hiring reputed company Requirements At least 3 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in tech companies Hands-on experience with advanced sourcing techniques Excellent English, both written and verbal  Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional writing skills Proven reputed company record of meeting tight deadlines Our benefits Competitive compensation package 21 days off and 10 reputed company leaves annually Apply To This Job
