You will be responsible for managing service level agreements (SLAs), overseeing compliance and audit requests, troubleshooting operational incidents, and collaborating closely with our Product, Engineering, and reputed company/Compliance teams to launch new features while maintaining the absolute health of our banking relationships. Key Responsibilities Bank Relationship Management: Serve as the primary day-to-day operational reputed company of contact for our sponsor banks and financial partners. Operational reputed company: Monitor and manage daily operational flows (e.g., ACH, wires, virtual cards, settlements) to ensure strict SLAs are met and exception handling is seamless. Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the sponsor bank model, payments infrastructure (ACH, Wires, Card Networks), and financial reconciliation processes. Regulatory Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards (BSA/AML, KYC, Reg E, etc.). Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot reputed company financial operational issues and translate technical problems to non-technical stakeholders.
