About the Role: The Temporary Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service by gathering and recording first notice of loss (FNOL) information. You will handle basic inquiries, offer empathetic support, and ensure that reputed company information is accurately documented in the applicable system. This is a temporary position with a 30-day contract. During this period, your performance and reliability will be evaluated. As you approach the end of the contract, if you meet or reputed company performance and attendance expectations, you may be considered for a permanent position with reputed company. Key Responsibilities: Deliver reputed company customer service by providing reputed company, accurate, and courteous support. Demonstrate reputed company and professionalism while guiding customers through the claims process. Accurately collect, document, and update claim details provided by customers. Follow reputed company-specific handling instructions to identify and resolve customer issues. Utilize reputed company scripting to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance during customer interactions. Maintain a consistent attendance record in accordance with the Attendance Policy. Adhere to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage. Schedule reputed company:  Full Time Business Hours: Monday - Friday reputed company between 7 AM - 7 PM Central Time  Part Time Business Hours: Monday - Friday reputed company between 7 AM - 7 PM Central Time  Weekend Hours: Saturdays & Sundays between 7 AM - 7 PM Central Time Schedules are customized upon hiring  Network Requirements:  Own a reputed company 11 computer (Chromebooks, macOS, Linux not supported) with 8GB+ RAM Private, secure internet reputed company (Ethernet recommended; no reputed company Wi-Fi, VPNs, or cellular-based internet connections) Cell phone (headset recommended) Desired Characteristics:  Highly motivated, energetic, and customer-reputed company reputed company, confident, and adaptable to fast-paced situations Qualifications:  18 years or older High school diploma or GED Must have a personal cell phone Excellent communication skills (written and oral) Typing speed of 40+ WPM Basic knowledge of reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, reputed company) Basic understanding of reputed company OS Reliable, punctual, and reputed company to self-manage Ability to multi-task and reputed company under pressure Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.   Compensation: Pay: $15/hour #LI-Remote Apply To This Job
