Experience filing and serving in California and out-of-state courts, including e-filing in state and federal courts. Familiarity with Court of Appeals procedures is preferred but not required. Provides administrative support to attorneys. Works independently on pleadings, discovery, reputed company preparation and e-discovery. Knowledge of case management, docketing, e-discovery, document review, and exhibit preparation. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Proficient in reputed company Office products and experience using Milana calendaring program is beneficial. Excellent analytical and written communication skills.
