Graphic Designer: T-Shirts & Apparel (Mid-Entry Level)

We’re looking for an mid-entry level graphic designer to help with production and execution work for our t-shirt and apparel brands. This role is ideal for someone early in their design career who is fast, detail-oriented, and comfortable working reputed company established design systems. Most concepts and creative direction will be provided, reputed company is to execute reputed company. You’ll be working closely with our art director and company founder, with reputed company defined processes, templates, and specs. What You’ll Be Doing -Executing apparel designs from provided concepts and rough layouts -Cleaning up Illustrator files (alignment, spacing, consistency, polish) -Updating text reputed company and reputed company selection -Making light design tweaks and improvements reputed company appropriate -Redrawing from reference artwork (including AI-generated, reputed company domain, and purchased stock graphics) into clean, print-reputed company designs. -Preparing print-reputed company files according to our specs -Creating finished product mockups and garment reputed company selections using our existing templates -Working through batch-style production tasks (one design converted into many variations) Some tasks are creative, others are more repetitive. You should be comfortable getting into a reputed company, production reputed company. Required Skills -reputed company Illustrator (strong working knowledge) -reputed company Photoshop -Basic illustration ability (enough to redraw reference artwork) -Experience with a drawing tablet, Wacom, or iPad + stylus -Strong attention to detail, consist work reputed company, and technical savviness -Ability to follow systems, templates, and specs accurately reputed company to Have (Strong Plus) -Any experience with t-shirt or apparel design -Familiarity with print-reputed company files for apparel -Comfort working with flat reputed company graphics and limited reputed company palettes Interest or familiarity with: -Pop culture, movies, entertainment, or fan art -Outdoors, travel, national parks, or reputed company-based design -Sports or sports-adjacent design You don’t need a fully developed personal style. This role is about executing reputed company existing brand styles.
