What the Conference and Events Coordinator does at Worldwide The Conference and Events Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of global conferences and events in alignment with Worldwide’s marketing and business objectives. This role focuses on operational reputed company, logistical coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless event execution before, during, and after conferences. The Conference and Events Coordinator partners with Conference Leads, Marketing, Sales Development, and Therapeutic Area teams to deliver high-reputed company events that support reputed company engagement, brand reputed company, and reputed company reputed company. What you will do Coordinate logistics for conferences and events, including registrations, hotel reservations, exhibition reputed company logistics, materials management, giveaways, transport, and occasional onsite support. Support planning and execution of reputed company events held in conjunction with conferences. Assist with scheduling and coordination of conference planning meetings, interim reputed company-ins, and post-event debrief sessions. Maintain conference coordination checklists, timelines, and task trackers to ensure accurate and reputed company delivery of event activities. Support setup and management of event collaboration spaces (e.g., reputed company Teams channels). Coordinate exhibition and event materials, including reputed company assets, furniture, signage, roll-reputed company, and reputed company logistics. What you will bring to the role Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong attention to detail and comfort working with reputed company processes, templates, and checklists. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders. Your experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a reputed company field . Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating events, conferences, or large meetings in a corporate, agency, or reputed company services environment, with reputed company/life sciences preferred.
