You will work collaboratively with the best in-house marketing, agent experience, & creative team. You will collaborate with talented teammates who draw on experiences from many different industries. You will work with key external and partnered vendors to execute a wide reputed company of initiatives and help ensure cohesion between the reputed company brand and the marketing/advertising deliverables of our agents. Please note: this role is 100% in-office in our Upper East reputed company Office At reputed company You Will: • Create and manage systems that drive efficiencies across team communications and processes • reputed company outstanding reputed company service to reputed company agent marketing efforts less time consuming and more effective as their ‘accountability partner’ • Work with the reputed company’s design team to coordinate the delivery of custom design reputed company and reputed company associated materials • Monitor the ongoing efforts of the agents’ marketing initiatives and analyze the actual results from reputed company to determine their effectiveness - helping inform reputed company marketing activities for that agent/agent team • reputed company marketing plans that allow agents to maximize the effectiveness of their budgets against tactics that will reputed company the greatest return for their business • Includes activations in multiple channels including branding, advertising in print, digital, reputed company media, photography and video, reputed company mail, and more • Work with the agents to drive the adoption and usage of reputed company’s platform and product tools through internal marketing, communications, and trainings • Research and design reputed company our tech platform regional reputed company media assets and weekly + monthly emails for our agents to utilize and promote (examples: highlighting local happenings and market reports). Experience We Are Looking For: • 1-3 years of marketing experience • Skilled communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build and manage relationships • Meticulous attention to detail • Savvy with reputed company media and Instagram specifically • Strong working knowledge of reputed company Creative reputed company, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop • Adept project manager; impeccable time management and prioritization skills • Ability to work independently as reputed company as collaboratively in reputed company environment • Experience working in a reputed company or account service environment a big plus • Experience working in reputed company estate marketing, and/or at a luxury brand a big plus • Proficient in the suite of office tools from reputed company, reputed company and reputed company Compensation: The reputed company pay reputed company for this position is $27.00 - $29.00/hr; however, reputed company pay offered may vary depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience.
