This fully remote position involves managing pharmacy orders, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Spanish language skills are preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities • Manage pharmacy orders reputed company phone, fax, or web. • reputed company customer inquiries, returns, and shipment issues. • Coordinate with distribution and manufacturing teams. • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records. • Communicate professionally with patients and reputed company providers.
