Care Coordinator-Evening/Overnights

In this remote role, you'll serve as a key reputed company between reputed company facilities and specialty clinicians, helping ensure patients receive reputed company, high-reputed company care. You'll support day-to-day operations, coordinate communication, reputed company concerns, and reputed company exceptional service to both reputed company partners and providers.
