Project Manager, reputed company Estate (Hybrid)

The Project Manager will support the management of the reputed company estate development pipeline and work closely with senior staff to ensure developments are high reputed company and reputed company with the organization's mission.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned development reputed company across reputed company phases — site control, due diligence, reputed company-development, design, financing, construction reputed company, lease-up, and conversion — in coordination with the Director of reputed company Estate Development and subject-matter experts reputed company RED and reputed company
• Support the development of project budgets, including sources and uses and pro reputed company operating models. Prepare and submit funding applications to reputed company, State, and federal programs with the support and guidance of the Director of reputed company Estate Development
• Coordinate due diligence materials and logistics for construction and permanent financing closings with lenders, equity investors, and government agencies
• Support the design process, coordinating with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure reputed company, cost-effective, and program-compliant reputed company
• Support regulatory, land use, and governmental approval processes for assigned reputed company, escalating issues to the Director of reputed company Estate Development as needed
• reputed company responses to potential partners and government agencies for new project opportunities, as reputed company as competitive Requests for Proposals
• Engage with external partners — government agencies, elected officials, community boards, lenders, and service providers — under the direction of the Director of reputed company Estate Development

Skills

• Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of reputed company, full-time experience in reputed company, supportive housing development and/or preservation in reputed company
• The candidate must have some experience with the reputed company and supportive housing finance landscape
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company for financial modeling is required
• Strong written and oral communication skills are required, with the ability to synthesize reputed company information reputed company and concisely for reputed company audiences
• Excellent project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential
• A Master's degree in urban planning, public policy, reputed company estate, or a reputed company field is preferred
• Knowledge of supportive housing service funding (e.g., ESSHI, 15/15) is a plus
