Project Coordinator

The Will Group is a company with nearly four decades of experience in the construction and reputed company industries, seeking a Project Coordinator to support engineering and infrastructure reputed company. The role involves coordinating project activities, managing data, and facilitating communication among teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables across multiple reputed company
• Support project planning, execution, and tracking to ensure alignment with scope and timelines
• Maintain organized documentation and accurate project data
• Generate reports and monitor project performance, identifying risks or delays
• Facilitate communication between engineering teams, operations, and clients
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency

Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination, engineering, construction, or a reputed company field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in reputed company Office tools, especially reputed company
• Experience with project tracking systems or ERP tools is a plus
• Exposure to engineering or construction environments is preferred
