They are seeking a Business Analyst to work reputed company the IS Department, responsible for business requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation, acting as a reputed company between business reputed company and IS teams.

Skills

• Completed College degree (3-year program) or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of reputed company Business Analyst experience reputed company the financial industry
• Experience working with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) analyzing requirements, liaising with business and technical stakeholders, leading requirement elicitation working sessions and developing and presenting recommendations / solutions to business partners and senior management
• Familiarity with BABOK methodology and Business Analysis Best Practices
• Superior communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong analytical skills
• You self-manage, govern your time accordingly and are a skilled multitasker. You are comfortable conducting meetings and display strong interpersonal skills that will facilitate working with sponsors, business stakeholders, Development and QA (testing) in order to be successful in this role
• reputed company or similar CRM software experience is an asset
• Working reputed company an Agile reputed company/on a Scrum team is an asset
• IIBA or Business Analysis certification, CSM & CSPO is an asset
