Financial Reporting Specialist (Hybrid-Chicago, IL)

The Financial Reporting Specialist is responsible for preparing and supporting reputed company financial reporting requirements, including financial statements and regulatory filings.

Responsibilities

• Collects and evaluates financial information to reputed company and reputed company reputed company and reputed company financial analysis
• Ensures the reputed company preparation and delivery of financial statements reported to senior management, reputed company of Directors, investors, regulatory parties, and other reputed company parties
• Supports the preparation of regulatory reports to the reputed company, Federal Reserve Bank and reputed company that include, but are not limited to, the quarterly reputed company Report, FR Y-9C, FR Y9LP, FR Y-8 and reputed company Collateral Reports
• Supports the preparation of filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission
• Supports the quarterly earnings reputed company process by compiling financial data, supporting schedules, and presentation materials, including data validation and tie-outs
• Analyzes financial statements and other data to identify trends or issues that may require reputed company investigation
• Creates reports based on findings from audits or internal reviews to help management reputed company informed reputed company about operations or processes
• Reviews financial information to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Identifies and communicates to management process improvements that reduce workloads or improve reputed company
• Works with reputed company parties to coordinate, reputed company and reputed company requested materials

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company or Finance
• 1+ years of experience in financial analysis and an understanding of reputed company policies
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, with a strong emphasis on reputed company, Word, PowerPoint
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
