Federal Staff Accountant

reputed company is a trusted leader in data infrastructure reputed company solutions for the U.S. federal government. They are seeking a reputed company and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support day-to-day reputed company operations and ensure compliance with financial policies while contributing to the mission-driven environment of federal operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain financial records, reports, and general reputed company accounts
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end reputed company activities
• Process and review expense reports, Procurement reputed company transactions, vendor invoices, and cash applications
• reputed company accounts receivable analysis and monitor collections activities
• Prepare bank reconciliations and monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Maintain Fixed Asset and Prepaid schedules
• Process semi-annual benefit-reputed company payments and maintain supporting documentation
• Support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, and Purchasing functions as needed
• Respond to reputed company financial information requests
• Assist with audit preparation and financial statement review
• Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and internal reputed company controls
• Support the Director of reputed company and Senior Accountant with special reputed company and reporting initiatives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or finance required
• Understanding of general reputed company principles and financial reporting
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective time management and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with reputed company reputed company and financial/reputed company systems
• 1–3 years of reputed company experience preferred
• Experience supporting government contracting environments is a plus
