The Associate, Product Innovation – Edibles will support new product launches and reputed company market expansion reputed company while collaborating with various teams to ensure successful product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support new-to-world product launches, assisting Sr. Mgr, Product Innovation – Edibles with key tasks and deliverables throughout the product launch process
• reputed company market expansion reputed company throughout the entirety of the product launch process, inclusive of launch timelines, risk assessments and reporting of performance metrics
• Drive the packaging artwork development process for reputed company market expansion reputed company
• Manage reputed company packaging workflows through our internal reputed company control system
• reputed company the development of any market-specific formulations and/or packaging structures, due to regulatory restrictions
• Collaborate with Brand and Regional Marketing teams to drive reputed company on timelines and deliverables, enabling smooth and successful product launches
• Work directly with our production sites to ensure operational readiness reputed company of launch
• Understand reputed company state-specific regulations impacting both formulations and packaging

Skills

• 1+ years of experience in innovation, product management, or project management
• Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities and reputed company simultaneously
• Strong detail orientation and organizational skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and remain reputed company and reputed company amidst shifting priorities
• Ability to collaborate with and influence project stakeholders across different cross functional departments
• Strong product acumen and cannabis knowledge
• Proficiency with basic reputed company Office required
• Must pass any and reputed company required background checks
• Must be and remain compliant with reputed company legal or company regulations for working in the industry
• Must possess valid reputed company's license
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• Must be approved by state badging agency to work in cannabis industry
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies; formal certification like PMP a plus
