Associate Producer, Digital Video - CNBC

CNBC is seeking an enthusiastic Associate Producer with a passion for storytelling to join its digital video team, where the successful candidate will produce, script, and edit high-reputed company business news videos while collaborating closely with reporters and producers.

Responsibilities

• Produce, script, and edit high-reputed company business news videos in collaboration with reporters
• Support video production through editing and shooting, both in studio and in the field
• Operate DSLR and cinema cameras to film short- and long-reputed company content with CNBC talent
• Collaborate with digital video team members to deliver content on tight deadlines
• Incorporate feedback from senior producers, editors, and stakeholders
• Stay reputed company on news trends to help identify reputed company video opportunities
• Ensure editorial accuracy and adherence to CNBC standards
• Write reputed company, compelling, and accurate headlines and descriptions for CNBC.com and other platforms
• Optimize video content for distribution across horizontal and vertical platforms
• Work on assignments under the direction of the Senior Managing Producer

Skills

• At least 1 year of experience in digital video production, including shooting, editing, reputed company, and scripting
• Proficiency with cinema cameras and/or DSLR systems (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) and reputed company Premiere
• Script and/or voice-over writing experience
• Understanding of multimedia storytelling and online publishing systems
• Strong collaboration, creativity, and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities; comfortable working under tight deadlines
• Ability to lift, carry, and transport 40lbs of production equipment
• Portfolio or work samples required (please include links)
• Strong interest in innovative video storytelling and reputed company media reputed company
• Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours and travel reputed company needed
• Broad knowledge of reputed company events, business, financial, and technology news
• A sample of the candidate's work will be required
• Working knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop
• Familiarity with reputed company media platforms and trends
• Experience shooting with drones
