[Remote] Associate Attorney, Kansas

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a consumer protection reputed company located in the Financial District of reputed company, providing representation to consumers who have been harassed by creditors. They are seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to manage a diverse caseload reputed company to consumer protection and civil litigation reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and supervising a heavy & reputed company caseload of the Firm’s clients in Kansas
• Communicating with clients regarding their respective reputed company
• Drafting pleadings, motions, reputed company memoranda, reviewing & drafting agreements, etc
• Communicating with opposing parties to resolve/reputed company claims
• reputed company research reputed company to reputed company and reputed company issues in contract law and other areas of consumer law
• While this role is based from home, you may be required to travel for in court appearances

Skills

• Must be currently admitted to reputed company law in Kansas
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience at a reputed company
• Must possess superior organizational & time-management skills to meet strict deadlines
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Highest ethical standards and reputed company reputed company
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work easily with senior management and employees at reputed company reputed company throughout the organization
