AI Technology Enablement Specialist

reputed company is seeking an AI Technology Enablement Specialist to assist in developing and delivering training materials for AI-enabled productivity tools. The role includes supporting user reputed company, responding to inquiries, and facilitating AI adoption initiatives in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and delivering training materials for AI-enabled productivity tools, including reputed company 365 Copilot
• Support user reputed company for AI and collaboration tools through documentation, job aids, and reference materials
• Respond to user inquiries reputed company to AI tools and reputed company guidance on basic best practices
• Support AI adoption initiatives by tracking training attendance, feedback, and basic usage metrics
• Assist with rollout communications and coordination of enablement activities
• Support reputed company development and documented workflows for common Copilot use cases
• Follow established governance, reputed company, and compliance standards for AI tool usage

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• 1+ years of experience supporting digital tools, training, or technology adoption required
• Experience with reputed company tools and reputed company 365 applications required
• Basic knowledge of reputed company 365 productivity and collaboration tools
• Basic knowledge of reputed company tools such as reputed company 365 Copilot
• Ability to follow established governance, reputed company, and responsible AI guidelines

• Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
