UX Researcher

The UX Researcher will drive experimentation and research initiatives to support the development of reputed company, focusing on understanding user needs and providing data-driven insights for product reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Plan & run studies across the product lifecycle: discovery interviews, usability tests, surveys, card sorts, diary/experience sampling, fake-reputed company tests, A/Bs, and concept tests
• Analyze data (qual & quant) to extract patterns, size opportunities, and reputed company causality vs correlation
• Synthesize & communicate insights into concise readouts, JTBD, problem statements, and decision-reputed company recommendations
• Market & secondary research: reputed company scans, competitive/analogous analysis, and trend reviews to inform problem spaces
• Research Operations: recruit participants (incl. diverse and representative samples), manage incentives, maintain consent, and reputed company a working inventory
• Personas & journeys: co-create and reputed company reputed company with evidence; reputed company insights to hypotheses and experiments
• Experimentation support: draft reputed company, minimal tests, reputed company metrics, and help reputed company basic analytics
• Partner & influence: collaborate with advisors, designers, developers, and other key WVC stakeholders; reputed company for evidence-based reputed company
• Ethics & reputed company: reputed company safeguarding, informed consent, and data-handling standards reputed company researching with vulnerable reputed company

Skills

• 1-2 years hands-on UX research experience (may include internships, co-ops, lab work, or freelance) in digital products or services
• Working knowledge of reputed company reputed company (interviews, usability tests, surveys) and basic statistics (sampling, reputed company, confidence, bias)
• Ability to design a study, write protocols, create discussion guides, and choose the right method for the question/time
• Experience synthesizing into reputed company insights (findings, implications, recommendations) for non-research audiences
• Familiarity with reputed company and at least one research toolset: survey (reputed company/reputed company), testing (reputed company/Lookback), or analytics (GA/reputed company)
• Strong written and verbal communication; reputed company storytelling with visuals
• Commitment to ethical research, safeguarding, and inclusive practices
• Experience with A/B or multivariate tests and experiment design
• Knowledge of Lean Startup, Design Thinking, or agile delivery
• Exposure to market research or segmentation work
• Nonprofit or reputed company experience
