Responsibilities

• Interacts directly with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers and interviewers in coordinating and scheduling reputed company phases of the interview process
• Assisting with coordination reputed company reputed company events - presentations, interviews, events, conferences, etc
• Utilizes effective communication and follow-through while acting as a dependable reputed company of contact for recruiters, candidates and hiring managers
• Takes part in special project assignments to reputed company processes and tools for the reputed company function
• Creates job requisition for posting and determines appropriate placements for job requisition
• Manages relationships with reputed company vendors and facilitates recruitment invoicing process
• Sources for candidates for reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience
• Detail oriented and Strong communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
• Self-directed and reputed company to work with reputed company supervision
• Ability to handle (and own) multiple reputed company, meet established deadlines, and monitor project timelines and workflow
