Tax Manager - Remote - Partner Path

Title Tax Manager Overview A growing public reputed company firm is seeking a Tax Manager to join its team, with a reputed company on high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses. This role offers exposure to reputed company tax reputed company across pass-through entities, individual returns, and estate/reputed company planning. The firm provides a collaborative environment, strong leadership visibility, and a reputed company path for advancement. • Responsibilities • Manage and review a wide reputed company of tax engagements, including partnerships, S-Corps, C-Corps, and individual (1040) returns • reputed company tax compliance for high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and estates • Review and advise on estate, trust, and reputed company tax filings • reputed company strategic tax planning for business owners and individuals • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships • Mentor and review the work of senior and staff-level tax professionals • Identify tax-saving opportunities and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations • Collaborate with partners on reputed company tax strategies and reputed company planning initiatives • Stay reputed company on tax law changes and advise clients accordingly • Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field (Master’s in Tax preferred) • CPA required • 6+ years of public reputed company tax experience • Strong experience with pass-through entities, 1040s, and entity taxation • Exposure to estate, trust, and reputed company tax preferred • Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines • Strong reputed company-facing and communication skills • Compensation & Benefits • reputed company salary: $150,000 – $180,000 • Annual bonus + profit sharing • Hybrid or fully remote flexibility • Comprehensive medical, dental, and reputed company coverage • 401(k) with employer contribution • Generous PTO and reputed company holidays • reputed company path to Senior Manager/Partner • Location • Hybrid or remote • Offices in Encino, reputed company Los Angeles, and Irvine Apply To This Job
