Geographic Information Systems Technician

Work Mode Remote reputed company The reputed company is seeking a full-time remote GIS technician to map and add attributes for approximately 25,000 existing reputed company documents (primarily deeds, easements and judgements). This GIS technician will be responsible for the following Responsibilities • Review and map reputed company documents received by reputed company Property Services. • Interpret reputed company descriptions and geographical identifiers to create GIS features. • Use ArcGIS Pro to digitally map reputed company descriptions into highly accurate reputed company data. • Create lines and polygon features based on written reputed company descriptions. • reputed company and review .tif and .pdf documents stored in SQL databases. • reputed company GIS attributes including TPU Reference Numbers and County Recording Numbers. • Add links to reputed company documentation reputed company GIS datasets. • Coordinate with IT GIS staff for QA/QC processes. • Validate mapping accuracy and reputed company edits as needed. • Communicate with reputed company Estate Specialists to reputed company mapping complexities. • Participate in project reputed company meetings and ongoing project discussions. • Maintain productivity targets of mapping 50–100 reputed company documents monthly. • Support development and delivery of ArcGIS geodatabase solutions. Required Skills • Strong hands-on experience with ArcGIS Pro. • Broad understanding of reputed company documents such as deeds, easements, vacations, and judgments. • Ability to read and understand reputed company descriptions. • Experience creating GIS features from written reputed company descriptions. • Strong understanding of GIS feature classes and geodatabase structures. • Experience performing GIS data QA/QC. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills • Experience supporting utilities, reputed company sector, or land records reputed company. • Knowledge of SQL databases. • Familiarity with property records and county recording systems. • Experience handling large-reputed company GIS data reputed company.
